We are GRIDAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United States. We operate the website aetrixhq.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Aetrix is an AI visibility and answer engine optimization (AEO) platform that helps brands, SaaS teams, and agencies track how they are cited, mentioned, and discovered across AI answer engines, search engines, and generative AI surfaces — and turn those visibility gaps into content and optimization actions.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and GRIDAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Legal Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Legal Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Legal Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

1. OUR SERVICES
Aetrix is an AI visibility intelligence and answer engine optimization (AEO) platform. The Services include, but are not limited to:
AI Visibility Tracking: Monitoring and reporting how your brand, domain, or keywords are mentioned, cited, or omitted across AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Deepseek, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot.
Competitor Gap Analysis: Comparing your AI visibility and citation share against named competitors.
Search and SERP Intelligence: Providing keyword data, SERP insights, and search performance analytics via integrated data providers.
Content Optimization Workflows: Generating content briefs, optimization recommendations, and action workflows based on visibility gaps.
Connected Analytics: Aggregating data from user-connected platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other supported integrations.
Reporting and Scoring: Delivering visibility scores, citation metrics, and performance reporting across AI and search surfaces.
Workspace and Agency Tools: Supporting multi-project and multi-client workflows through workspace-based plans.
The information provided through the Services is for internal business use only and is not intended for distribution to any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to applicable law. The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (such as HIPAA or FISMA), and you may not use the Services in any manner that would subject us to such laws without prior written agreement.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our intellectual property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, AI visibility models, scoring methodologies, and prompt frameworks (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights in the United States and around the world.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal use or internal business purposes.
Except as set out in this section, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Your submissions
By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, or feedback about the Services ("Submissions"), you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission. We shall own such Submission and be entitled to its unrestricted use and dissemination for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise, except where such automation is explicitly supported and permitted by Aetrix features (e.g., API access under applicable plan tiers).
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
Where you connect third-party accounts to Aetrix, you have the rights and authority to grant Aetrix access to those accounts and the data contained therein.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.
4. USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@aetrixhq.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:

All major cards supported via Stripe
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. Aetrix does not store your full payment card details on our servers. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Stripe.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and card expiration date.
All payments shall be in US Dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services.
Applicable taxes may be added to the price of purchases as required by law.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FREE TRIALS
Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel. Your billing cycle is either monthly or annual, as selected at the time of purchase.
Free Trials
We offer free trials on our Starter and Pro plans. The duration and feature scope of each free trial will be described on the applicable pricing or plan page at the time of registration. At the end of your free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. By providing payment information during the free trial signup, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable plan rate upon trial expiration.
Free Plan
Where a free plan is offered, your account will remain active with limited access to features as described on the pricing page. Free plans do not include a free trial of paid features unless explicitly stated.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@aetrixhq.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
Fee Changes
We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.
7. CONNECTED ACCOUNTS AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Authorization
If you connect third-party services to Aetrix — including but not limited to Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Reddit, Bing Webmaster Tools, Notion, Webflow, or other supported platforms — you authorize Aetrix to access, retrieve, and process data from those accounts on your behalf, strictly within the scopes and permissions you grant and only for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the Aetrix Services.
You represent and warrant that:
You have the rights and authority to grant Aetrix this access.
Your connection of any third-party account does not violate the terms of service of that third-party platform.
You will not connect accounts or data sources to which you do not have authorized access.
Scope Limitations
Aetrix will only request and use the minimum necessary data scopes required to deliver the Services. We do not use connected account data for advertising, resale, or any purpose other than providing the Services to you.
Disconnection
You may disconnect any linked third-party account at any time through your Aetrix account settings. After disconnection, Aetrix will stop pulling new data from that account. Previously retrieved data may be retained for a limited period subject to our normal data retention, backup, and legal compliance requirements, and will be deleted upon request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No Liability for Third-Party Data
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data retrieved from third-party platforms. Third-party service availability and API access are outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted data sync from connected services.
8. AI ENGINE DATA AND THIRD-PARTY DATA PROVIDERS
AI Visibility Data
Aetrix retrieves and analyzes responses from AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Deepseek, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot. This data is collected through prompt-based querying and programmatic access methods. Results reflect AI engine outputs at the time of querying and may change as those engines are updated. Aetrix does not warrant that AI engine data is exhaustive, error-free, or permanent.
Third-Party Data Providers
Aetrix uses DataForSEO and other data providers to deliver SERP data, keyword intelligence, and search analytics. Your use of features powered by these providers is subject to applicable data use terms. We do not resell raw provider data; all data is processed and presented within the Aetrix platform for your internal business use only.
Reddit Data
Where Reddit data is surfaced within the Services (e.g., for brand mention tracking or discussion insights), such data is retrieved via authorized API access. Use of Reddit-sourced data is subject to Reddit's API Terms of Service. You may not use Reddit data surfaced through Aetrix in any manner that violates Reddit's platform policies.
Prompt Data
Prompts used to query AI engines for visibility tracking may be auto-generated based on your domain, industry, competitors, and connected data sources. You acknowledge that prompt sets and results are illustrative of AI engine behavior at a point in time and do not constitute guarantees of any particular visibility outcome.
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.
As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
Use the Services to artificially manipulate, falsify, or game AI visibility scores, citations, or rankings.
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Services by automated means not explicitly supported by our API offerings.
Use another user's account, credentials, or workspace without authorization.
Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious software.
Engage in any use of the system inconsistent with these Legal Terms or applicable laws.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the Services.
Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Use the Services as part of any effort to build a competing product or service, or to benchmark Aetrix against a competing product for commercial redistribution.
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services or any data output without express written authorization from us.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Services.
Use the Services in a way that would violate the terms of any connected third-party service (including Google, Reddit, DataForSEO, or Stripe).
Access the Services through automated means in violation of Section 3(5) above.
10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services may allow you to submit, post, or otherwise contribute content including but not limited to feedback, comments, workspace content, prompt configurations, reports, and other materials ("Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users within your workspace or, where applicable, through public-facing features.
When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
You are the creator and owner of, or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to submit and use the Contributions.
Your Contributions do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy rights of any third party or any applicable law.
11. CONTRIBUTION LICENCE
By posting any Contributions through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such Contributions solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. We do not claim ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with them.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any Contributions at any time, without notice, if we reasonably determine they are harmful, violate these Legal Terms, or violate applicable law.
12. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Where the Services include review or rating functionality, you must comply with the following when posting a review:
You should have firsthand experience with the person or entity being reviewed.
Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hateful language.
Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability.
Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity.
You should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews.
You should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct.
You may not post any false or misleading statements.
You may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative, in exchange for compensation, gifts, discounts, or other incentives.
We may accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion. Reviews are not endorsed by us and do not necessarily represent our opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners. We assume no liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sublicensable right and licence to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to that review.
13. SOCIAL MEDIA
As part of the functionality of the Services, you may link your account with online accounts you have with third-party service providers (each such account, a "Third-Party Account") by either (1) providing your Third-Party Account login information through the Services or (2) allowing us to access your Third-Party Account, as permitted under the applicable terms governing your use of each Third-Party Account.
You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third-Party Account without breach of any of the terms governing your use of that account and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider.
By granting us access to any Third-Party Account, you understand that we may access and store content that you have provided and stored in that Third-Party Account, solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services. You will have the ability to disable the connection between your Aetrix account and your Third-Party Accounts at any time through your account settings. Please note that your relationship with the third-party service providers is governed solely by your agreements with such providers. We are not responsible for reviewing any Third-Party content for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement.
14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
The Services may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, text, graphics, software, and other content originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Services or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Services.
Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Services and access any Third-Party Websites, or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and these Legal Terms no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any website to which you navigate.
Any purchases you make through Third-Party Websites will be through other companies, and we take no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such purchases.
15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:
Monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms.
Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Legal Terms.
In our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any portion thereof.
Remove from the Services or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or in any way burdensome to our systems.
Otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, workspace, or subscription that is found to be in violation of these Legal Terms, used for fraudulent purposes, or abusing the Services or third-party data sources accessed through the Services.
16. PRIVACY POLICY
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Services at aetrixhq.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms by reference.
The Services are hosted in the United States (on Vercel, Railway, and Amazon Web Services infrastructure). If you access the Services from any other region of the world with laws governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
Where you connect Google services (including Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4) to Aetrix, your use of those integrations is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We access only the data scopes you authorize and do not share your Google account data with third parties except as required to operate the Services.
17. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please notify us immediately using the contact information provided below. A copy of your notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the notification.
Please be advised that pursuant to applicable law you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a notification. If you are not sure that material located on or linked to by the Services infringes your copyright, you should consider first contacting an attorney.
18. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION. WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of that third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Legal Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation Sections 2, 11, 20, 22, 23, and 24.
19. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. GRIDAPPS TECHNOLOGIES LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each a "Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.
Binding Arbitration
If the parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The seat of arbitration shall be Delaware, United States. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The arbitration shall be administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or such other mutually agreed arbitration body. The governing law shall be the substantive law of the State of Delaware.
Restrictions
The parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law:
No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding.
There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
Exceptions
The following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions:
Any Dispute seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any intellectual property rights of a party.
Any Dispute related to allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use.
Any claim for injunctive relief.
22. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
23. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
AI ENGINE VISIBILITY DATA, CITATION DATA, OR MENTION DATA RETRIEVED FROM THIRD-PARTY AI SYSTEMS.
SERP DATA, KEYWORD DATA, OR SEARCH ANALYTICS PROVIDED VIA THIRD-PARTY DATA PROVIDERS INCLUDING DATAFORSEO.
DATA RETRIEVED FROM USER-CONNECTED ACCOUNTS INCLUDING GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4.
SCORES, RANKINGS, OR RECOMMENDATIONS GENERATED BY THE SERVICES.
AI ENGINE OUTPUTS ARE DYNAMIC AND CHANGE FREQUENTLY. AETRIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI VISIBILITY DATA REFLECTS REAL-TIME OR EXHAUSTIVE AI ENGINE BEHAVIOR.
